NC offers flexible capital to members effected by Harvey and Irma

NeighborWorks Capital announces that it is offering tailored and targeted loan products that are immediately available to NeighborWorks organizations operating in communities impacted by Hurricanes Harvey and Irma. NC is initially allocating up to $6 million in loan funds for this Emergency, Recovery and Rebuilding Loan Product. Terms include:
 Loans available up to $500,000 unsecured and $1,000,000 partially secured
 Interest rates starting at 4.00% (interest only), paid quarterly
 Terms from 3 months to 2 years with no prepayment penalty
 Use of funds is very flexible
 No application or legal fees, with a flat $1,000 documentation fee
 Priority/expedited processing
