We are pleased to announce the addition of Dana Moore to the senior management team of NeighborWorks Capital as Interim Chief Financial Officer. She has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and asset management. Dana will provide interim CFO services to NC including oversight of financial and investor reporting, financial projections, and capital structuring. She is principal of Compass Advisors LLC, a woman owned federal government contractor, that provides a broad range of services, including financing strategies and counterparty risk assessment. Recent clients include CDFIs, equity investors, nonprofit affordable housing organizations, foundations, and intermediaries and has assisted NC in the past on capital planning and analysis. Prior to Compass Advisors she was Senior Vice President and Chief Credit Officer at Fannie Mae with oversight of its $138 billion multifamily debt and LIHTC portfolio. Earlier in her career she held Credit Officer positions at Bank of America, and its predecessor Nations Bank, for its multifamily and single-family lending programs. She has an undergraduate degree in Economics from Dickinson College, a Certificate of Accounting from University of Baltimore and a Masterâ€™s Degree in Real Estate from Johns Hopkins University. She has served on the Credit Committee of Calvert Foundation and Board and Investment Committee of Housing Partnership Equity Trust.
