PNC Bank has made a $2 million commitment in loan capital to NeighborWorks Capital. They understand communit development and understand the affordable multifamily projects NC’s borrowers acquire and build. Their investment will be used to grow NC’s acquisition loan program to assist in meeting the our borrower’s growing opportunities to acquire and preserve affordable rental housing.
