In 2024, NeighborWorks Capital reached new milestones, and we’re proud to share the results with you. Through strong partnerships, strategic innovation, and a deep commitment to our mission, we achieved a record $64 million in lending across the NeighborWorks network. This investment supported the creation and preservation of more than 2,900 homes and 8,700 square feet of community facility space.
While we celebrate our accomplishments, we remain focused on the road ahead. The affordable housing industry faces growing uncertainty, particularly around federal policy. NeighborWorks Capital is well-positioned to navigate these challenges, and we’re working closely with our partners to identify opportunities, develop solutions, and minimize the impact on the communities we serve.
