As we reflect on the past year, we’re proud to share NeighborWorks Capital’s 2025 Annual Report. In 2025, we continued to build on our mission by expanding the ways we support the NeighborWorks network. From launching our inaugural LIHTC Equity Fund in partnership with National Equity Fund to growing our consulting services and providing flexible financing for affordable housing, we’re creating new pathways for organizations to access the capital and expertise they need to strengthen communities.
As we look ahead, we’re committed to broadening access to capital, fostering strategic partnerships, and helping NeighborWorks organizations maximize their impact.
