As we embark on a new decade—and our 20th anniversary year—we remain inspired by the important work being done by NeighborWorks organizations to create affordable homes for families across the country. Thank you for all that you do!

In fact, 2019 was our biggest year yet, closing a record number of 32 loans totaling more than $56 million. We also welcomed 12 new customers to the fold, and expanded our financing solutions in a number of areas, with more rural, enterprise, and lines of credit. NeighborWorks Capital is working with organizations in 44 states, and we’re preparing for our loan closing in Puerto Rico. Rental and for-sale properties remain our largest number of loans, with enterprise close behind. Most importantly, these loans created and preserved nearly 1,400 affordable home.

We look forward to working with you (even more) in 2020!
