Lanie Wasserman is Interim Chief Lending Officer for NeighborWorks Capital. She has over 18 years of experience in commercial real estate and construction lending, with a strong background in CDFIs and affordable housing. She has led lending initiatives in the Midwest and Florida, focusing on affordable housing and community development projects, and holds degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Chicago. She enjoys working with NeighborWorks organizations across the country to help them bring their important projects to fruition.
