NeighborWorks Capital closed a $1,467,000 permanent loan with Community Action Partnership of North Alabama, Inc. (CAPNA) in May 2020. Our loan assisted CAPNA with purchasing their current office building. CAPNA has occupied their building in Decatur, Alabama since the building was completed in 2003. This purchase will allow CAPNA’s occupancy costs to decrease by approximately thirty percent as they move from renter to owner.
