What keeps you interested in Community Development finance?

Community Development continuously evolves due to the changing needs of the populations served and lessons learned from past approaches. As the organizations serving our nation’s most vulnerable are challenged to do more, those in the finance sector are pushed to think innovatively, so there’s always room to grow and learn.

What is your personal mission? How will your work with NC advance that?

I like to end my day having helped someone be successful. At NeighborWorks Capital, that means ensuring that my colleagues have up-to-date information so that they can make decisions, and ultimately, that we are all positioned to help organizations provide affordable housing and create vibrant communities.

What drew you to NeighborWorks Capital?

After 15 years in the affordable housing industry, I am grateful to be able to continue my career at NeighborWorks Capital. The organizations we support are engaged in critical projects across the country and I’m excited to put my skills and experience to work to support those efforts.
