Providence Community Housing recently closed on a $2,000,000 revolving predevelopment line of credit to support six pipeline projects in New Orleans, LA. The six projects include preservation of four properties that are exiting Year 15 (more than 600 affordable apartments) and new construction of 183 affordable apartments for families and seniors on the former BW Cooper public housing site. This was NeighborWorks Capital’s first loan to Providence, who joined the NeighborWorks America network in 2021.
