NeighborWorks Capital recently closed a $750,000 land acquisition loan to DreamKey Partners for the purchase of a 5-acre site in the Mineral Springs neighborhood of Charlotte, NC. DreamKey will develop the site with Mallard Creek Senior apartments, up to 107 affordable apartments for seniors, using LIHTC equity, commercial financing, and a loan from the Charlotte Housing Trust Fund.
