Before leading NeighborWorks Capital, Jim served as Senior Director, National Initiatives at Fannie Mae Foundation, overseeing strategies for supporting nonprofit affordable housing preservation. He held the position of Executive Director of Bellwether Housing in Seattle and Codman Square Neighborhood Development in Boston. Earlier in his career, he held accounting and finance positions with private real estate developers and institutional real estate investors.
